How does the enrollment process work at Revan’s English?
Our enrollment process is designed to be straightforward and efficient. Here are the steps you’ll follow:
- Begin by selecting the type of lessons that best suit your learning needs—either 1-on-1 or group lessons. Add your chosen lesson or bundle to your basket.
- Proceed to checkout. During this step, you will be asked to provide your availability and specify the course level you wish to enroll in. This information allows us to tailor your learning experience and match you with the appropriate course and schedule.
- Upon receiving your enrollment and schedule preferences, we aim to confirm your lesson schedule within four days. However, this is subject to change depending on teacher availability and the volume of enrollments.
- After enrollment, you will receive an invitation to join our team chat on Noysi. This platform facilitates efficient communication with our teachers. This is where your lessons will be held, and you can coordinate with your teacher about your schedule.

What materials do you use for teaching?
At Revan’s English, we utilize our meticulously curated series of textbooks titled “English for Everyone”. These textbooks have been designed with a keen emphasis on visual learning, employing graphic representations to enhance memory retention. Moreover, they are richly packed with a wide array of self-study exercises and listening activities. These additional resources, accessible at no extra cost, supplement our lessons and empower students to extend their learning beyond the classroom environment. Our aim is to create an engaging and effective learning experience for all our students.
How long are the lessons?
Our 1-on-1 lessons last for 25 minutes, and our group lessons last for 50 minutes.
How many students are there in a group class?
Our group classes have a maximum of 5 students to ensure each student gets adequate attention and the opportunity to participate.
Can I download the books before the lesson?
Yes, we encourage you to do this. Hover over Courses, and then click on course downloads to download your lessons.
What levels of English proficiency do you cater to?
We offer courses for all levels, from beginners (A1/A2) to advanced learners (B2/C1), as well as a course specifically for children.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?
Email either you instructor, or if you haven’t been assigned one email us at revan@chat247tutors.com. This should be done 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
What happens if I have a problem with my instructor or something else?
If you have any issues at all email us at revan@chat247tutors.com and we will try are best to resolve it. If you don’t get along with your instructor, we can assign you a new one.
Are you teachers certified?
Yes, all of our teachers either have a TEFL certificate or teaching experience.
